Job Description:
Pattern is looking for a Business Analyst with a deep interest in digital technologies, data analysis, and eCommerce. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving client success through innovative digital strategies. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing our clients' digital presence and eCommerce effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive data analysis and market research to understand trends, challenges, and opportunities in the digital and eCommerce sectors.
- Collaborate with teams across Pattern to design and implement impactful digital transformation strategies.
- Use advanced analytics tools to derive insights and inform strategic decisions.
- Develop compelling presentations and present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Lead and support digital marketing and eCommerce initiatives from concept to execution.
- Track and evaluate the performance of digital projects, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or related roles with a focus on digital, data & analytics, and eCommerce.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with expertise in interpreting complex data.
- Exceptional PowerPoint skills and experience in creating executive-level presentations.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively articulating complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in digital analytics tools (Excel) and data visualization (Tableau, Power BI).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and lead project components independently.
- Prior consulting experience is highly advantageous.
